About this Event
Wind down your day, or set yourself up for a great weekend with some yoga in a unique setting!
Join Tor Park for vinyasa flow to get you moving, then stretch it out before enjoying a well deserved savasana.
This practice is suitable for everyone - options will be given so that whether you are new to yoga, or have been practicing for a while, you'll be able to find your flow and inner calm.
When?
10.15am - 11.15am Saturdays
6pm - 7pm Tuesdays
Where?
Up on the 4th floor roof terrace at New Road Hotel. But this is London, so in case of rain or cold weather we'll be inside in the fitness area.
How much?
£10 + booking fee, or free for New Road Hotel guests (you'll need your booking ref).
Yoga mats provided, but you are welcome to bring your own.
Space is limited, so please do book in advance.
