Restorative Yoga & Breathwork

Join us for Restorative Yoga sponsored by Luz Divina Wellness and Live Free University!

This is a vinyasa-style yoga class suitable for individuals of all levels! This class is meant to stretch, strengthen, and lengthen all major muscle groups. Connect with the community and prevent any athletic-related injuries. Donation of $10 per person to register.

When? Restorative yoga every Tuesday 7PM, Sunday 10AM, and Restorative breathwork every Thursday 7PM

Where? Live Free University

What to bring? Yoga mat, water bottle, towel (optional)

About the teacher:

Jennifer Arrastia is a certified vinyasa- based yoga instructor in the heart of Miami, Florida. She stumbled upon the practice 7 years ago and has implemented yoga into her day-to-day routine. Jen believes in connecting the mind, body, and spirit through movement and inspires her community to do the same. She founded her first company , Luz Divina Wellness, in October of 2022 where she co-hosts private and public wellness events and workshops throughout different venues in Miami.
