Serenity Circle - Community Meditation Sit (Suggested donation: $15)
Serenity Circle is a donation-based, 1-hour community meditation group led by Mindfulness Teacher and Mindset Mentor, Shannon Santos, founder of Growing into Purpose. This inclusive space invites people from all backgrounds and levels of meditation experience, to pause from life’s busy pace and cultivate a deeper connection within, building their inner resilience to meet the ups and downs of living in today’s world.
Each session will feature mindful insight teachings and guided mindfulness practices that will encourage participants to connect within providing moments of shared stillness that support calming the mind and grounding in the present moment. Together, we explore breathwork, gentle guidance, and mindful awareness to nurture self-compassion, clarity, and serenity.
In the supportive environment of Serenity Circle, participants are encouraged to listen without judgment, share without expectation, and simply be, finding strength in community. By sharing experiences and insights, we will cultivate a sense of community and mutual support. The circle’s donation-based approach ensures that everyone can participate regardless of their financial means, fostering an inclusive atmosphere that values connection and accessibility.
