Transform with Breathwork: Group Breathing class in Little Haiti
Join Stephi Wald from Willfly Breathwork for a rejuvenating group breathwork journey in a serene garden setting in Little Haiti. In case of rain, we’ll move indoors and keep the magic alive!
Breathwork is a powerful tool for transformation—helping you de-stress, release anxiety, and rediscover balance and inner contentment. Using a conscious, connected breath technique paired with a carefully curated music playlist, each session is designed to align your body and mind, empowering you to become your most authentic, joyful, and grounded self.
This is your space to be raw, to feel deeply, and to let emotions surface—especially those we rarely have space for in daily life. Breathe surrounded by the loving support of like-minded people, creating a safe and nurturing environment to release, heal, and grow.
Breathwork works on a cellular level, releasing stored tension and detoxifying both your body and emotions. By accessing your subconscious mind, you can uncover and transform limiting beliefs, past experiences, and emotions, creating space for meaningful change.
Breathwork is for everyone. Whether you’re new to the practice or experienced, this session offers a liberating journey toward self-discovery and healing.

LOGISTICS
If you are coming from the North - don't take the express lane, you'll miss the exit.
Free street parking, in front of the green fence and across the street in the side street and on the grass, don't block side walks.
PREPARE YOUR BODY:
- Please do not eat within an hour before the breathwork session
- wear comfortable clothes
- bring a mat and a blanket
- bring water
- a journal if you like

CONTRAINDICATIONS FOR BREATHWORK:
Breathwork is not recommended for people with:
- a history of cardiovascular disease, including angina or heart attack
- high blood pressure, glaucoma, retinal detachment, osteoporosis
- significant recent physical injuries or surgery
- severe mental illness or seizure disorders or for persons using major medications.
- unsuitable for anyone with a personal or family history of aneurysms.
- Pregnant women (contact me for alternative breathing and which month you're in)
