Moondays Sound Bath Reset

Moondays are held monthly around the New Moon and are designed as a grounding, restorative experience for the whole community. We often invite special guest facilitators, such as artists, musicians, and breathwork practitioners, to enhance and deepen each gathering. While each Moondays is unique, the intention remains the same: presence, reflection, and connection.

This is always a low-cost, high-value experience, as our hope is to encourage accessibility and welcome entire families into the space.

Ages 13 and older are welcome (a parent or guardian must accompany minors). No prior experience or skill is required.

Please bring:

• A comfortable mat
• A small pillow
• Optional bolster
• A blanket
• A refillable water bottle

Seating is available to accommodate most comfort preferences. The session will last approximately one hour.

Parking is free and abundant. Kindly arrive 10–15 minutes early to check in and settle into the space.

Important Arrival Policy:
Out of respect for all participants, late arrivals will not be admitted. Arriving more than 10 minutes after the start time is considered late. Moondays are held in an intimate setting, and late entry can be disruptive to the collective experience. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to plan accordingly.
