Class Flow:

• 3-Minute Meditation: Each class begins with precisely 3 minutes of zen meditation.
• 2.5-Minute High-Intensity Breathing: Energize your body with 4 powerful, fast-acting breathing exercises (first-timers will learn these before class).
• Strength-Based Yoga Sequence: The majority of the class is a series of slower, strength-based yoga poses that emphasize spinal health and flexibility.
• Hip Stretching: Three very active, dynamic, and deep hip stretches, each held for 2.5 minutes, incorporating breathwork and meditation techniques.
• Closing Meditation: End with precisely 3 minutes of yogic meditation.

*This is a fixed yoga sequence where every class follows the same series of poses and techniques.

Bonus: The Coconut Grove Farmer's Market is just under 2 miles away, opening at 10 AM. The grand idea is to encourage a lovely Saturday by pairing this yoga practice with a visit to the market!
