DEMONSTRATION CLASS

Lonche is Peru’s traditional afternoon meal, typically enjoyed between lunch and dinner. It’s not meant to be heavy or formal, but balanced—a small savory bite, something warm or crisp, and a sweet finish, often shared with family or friends at home or in neighborhood cafés.

In this class, we build a complete lonche menu that reflects this tradition, focusing on contrast in texture and flavor: creamy and crisp, salty and sweet, soft and warm. We’ll assemble classic mini sandwiches, prepare a fried yuca dish with a smooth Peruvian sauce, and finish with two traditional sweets. The emphasis is on technique, proportion, and timing—how each element fits together to create a proper Peruvian lonche.

Cancellation policy:

If you cancel your registration with at least 72 hours notice, you will be refunded the cost of the class.

No refund, transfer to another class, or credit will be issued if cancelled with less than 72 hours notice, but you can send somebody in your place.
