Celebrate Mother’s Day with a peaceful morning by the ocean. Join us at beautiful Moonlight Beach for a relaxing and uplifting beach yoga class designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and enjoy meaningful time together.

This class is guided by Katie Rose (Owner of Yoga In Beautiful Places), M.A.Ed., RYT-500, SUP Yoga, Sound Healing + Meditation.

What to Expect

• A relaxed and uplifting community atmosphere

Location: Moonlight Beach, Encinitas
Time: 9:30–10:30 AM (please arrive a few minutes early to set up)

WHAT TO BRING:

• Yoga mat
• XL towel for under your mat (This will help to keep the sand off your mat)
• Any additional props you'd like to use
• Water bottle
• Sunblock
