This workshop is for womyn who want to explore breaking away from the confines of psychological structures that inhibit creativity, exploration, intuition, and instinct. Exploring the narrative of feminine identity through a creative practice of re-storying/restoring.

About Catherine Divine: Catherine is a yoga teacher with over 20 years of experience leading trainings, workshops, and ceremonies worldwide. She is an author and educator who holds an M.A. in Transformative Leadership and is currently pursuing a PhD in East–West Psychology. She blends embodied practice, depth psychology, and spiritual wisdom in her work, weaving meditation, intuitive healing, and guidance to co-create spaces where people can deeply connect to their hearts. She also offers 1:1 healing sessions, ceremonial work, and holistic coaching for those navigating transitions, burnout, or meaningful life shifts.
