Men's Sacred Immersion // Breathwork, Sound + Tea Ceremony

This is a space for men to exhale.

For 3 intentional hours, we'll gather in brotherhood for a powerful immersion that weaves together transformational breathwork, infused Reiki energy, immersive sound healing, and a ceremonial tea ritual devoted to patience and gratitude.

Through conscious, rhythmic breathing with Bre the body begins to soften. Armor dissolves. The nervous system recalibrates. Emotional weight that has been silently carried can finally move. This breathwork journey is supported by Reiki and sound healing, allowing release to happen not just mentally, but energetically and somatically. The experience strengthens resilience while creating space for clarity, steadiness, and grounded presence.

At the heart of this immersion is a sacred tea ceremony led by Amy, rooted in stillness, deep reverence, and gratitude. Tea becomes more than a drink with every bowl being an offering to slow down. A ritual of intention. A return to simplicity, awareness and what matters most.

In the ceremony, men are invited to practice stillness.
To listen.
To receive.
To sit with what is without needing to fix or perform.

We close the evening with an integration circle of brotherhood, a grounded space to reflect, share, and anchor the experience into real life. This circle is about connection without pressure, strength without ego, and presence without pretense.

Amy Thorson is a heart-centered intuitive, reiki master teacher, tea cermonialist, and alchemy sound healer. She has always been a highly sensitive empath with a strong inner pull to help others. After burnout from a very successful yet stressful 20+ year marketing + branding career, Amy turned to Reiki and other divine healing modalities to help her find true alignment, empowerment, and freedom in all aspects of her life.

Bre Hamideh, Subconscious Awakening

Bre Hamideh is a Trauma-Informed Breathwork Facilitator, Reiki Teacher, & Feminine Embodiment Guide.

Her work is rooted in creating safe, heart-centered spaces for men and women to return to themselves and step into their wholeness. Through conscious Breathwork, embodiment practices, and energy healing, she guides men and women in releasing what no longer serves them, reclaiming their voice, and awakening to their power. Bre's intention is always to hold a nurturing, grounded container where transformation feels both profound and deeply supported.
