Join Yoga In Beautiful Places for a special Easter Beach Yoga & Sound Bath, a 90-minute experience designed to help you slow down, reconnect, and welcome the fresh energy of spring.

This class is guided by Katie Rose (Owner of Yoga In Beautiful Places) M.A.Ed., RYT-500, SUP Yoga, Sound Healing + Meditation.

Set against the beautiful backdrop of the ocean, we’ll begin with Spring Awakening Breathwork to refresh the body and mind. From there, we’ll move through a gentle all-levels beach yoga flow designed to awaken the body and invite a sense of lightness and renewal.

After yoga, we’ll take part in a playful Spring Intention Egg Activity, where each participant writes an intention for the season ahead—symbolizing growth, new beginnings, and what you’d like to cultivate this spring.

We’ll then transition into a short guided meditation and finish with a deeply relaxing sound bath using crystal singing bowls, allowing the vibrations to calm the nervous system and integrate the practice.

This experience is the perfect way to celebrate the season, connect with community, and start Easter weekend feeling grounded and refreshed.
