Silent Disco Yoga at Sunset

Encinitas' first Silent Disco Yoga is here — and we're doing 2 dates in April only! Flow right on the sand at Moonlight Beach with wireless headphones delivering a curated soundtrack. You feel the beat while everyone around hears pure ocean waves. Magic.

• Thursday, April 23 at 6:00 PM — Sunset Flow
• - Saturday, April 25 at 10:00 AM — Morning Flow

Each session is 1 hour. Limited spots — keeping it intimate!

What to expect:

• All-levels Yoga Fusion led by Clarice Winicki
• - Wireless headphones provided with your ticket
• - Ocean views and beachside energy
• - A one-of-a-kind experience

What to bring:

• Your own yoga mat/beach towel
• - Water
• - A layer (beach gets cool, especially at sunset)

Arrival: Please arrive 15 minutes early for headphone setup.
