Guided by the quiet wisdom of the moon, cycles of the seasons, and the vastness of the cosmos, Kristen van Hoesen and Belinda Pearl lead you into a space where:

Facilitator Bios:

Belinda Pearl

Belinda discovered Yoga at a very young age, she was drawn to the healing aspect and mythology of Yoga.

Her focus is on the mind-body-spirit connection by creating intuitive healing flows that bring awareness to the breath through mindful movement and meditation. She also brings 20 years of healing experience into her teachings, her various esoteric and metaphysical studies add that additional layer and potency to her classes.

Hailing from South Africa, her entire life has been immersed in physical awareness. She was a professional athlete in South Africa, which to has given her the background and understanding of the physical form and biomechanics.

Passionate about her Yoga studies, she believes that once you begin the study of Yoga you become a lifelong student. Her Yoga background is diverse, she has studied from various schools of Yoga, her toolbox includes Ayurveda, Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini, Pranayam, Pre-natal, Vinyasa, and Yin.

Belinda has worked with many individuals from all walks of life including Olympic and World-class athletes. When it comes to Yoga, Belinda's aspires to inspire, awaken and enlighten each Soul.

Kristen van Hoesen

Kristen is a mover, a shaker, a lover, a steward of the earth and a Yogini. She believes in the power of yoga to transform and inspire positive life change, and calls upon her own practice and spiritual journey to bring compassion and balance to her classes. Kristen's intention is to embody an open heart and mind, which is evident in the soulfulness of her classes; they incorporate movement, breath, music, freedom and connection to the heart.
