Yin Yoga & Shamanic Journey

This immersive workshop blends the deep stillness of yin yoga with the ancient wisdom of shamanic journeying. Participants will be guided through a slow, grounding yin flow designed to calm the nervous system and gently open the body, creating an ideal state for intuitive exploration. During the shamanic journey, participants will be guided to meet their Spirit Animal and receive their messages.

Facilitator Bio:

Gabriella Alziari is an Intuitive Channeler, Yin Yoga instructor, and Reiki Master who has dedicated her life to sharing Spirit’s messages. She has delivered thousands of channeled readings and events to individuals around the world, guiding others to reconnect with their purpose, deepen their intuitive gifts, and remember who they truly are.

Gabriella weaves her studies in shamanism and energy work into her offerings, creating spaces that feel sacred and grounded. She serves as a bridge between the seen and unseen realms, always in devotion to Spirit’s wisdom and the healing it brings.
