This intimate experience is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and share space with a supportive community of women.

Gentle Yoga + Mindful Movement
Led by Sandra of Golden Heart Wellness, this grounding and heart-centered practice will invite you to soften, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. This flow is accessible to all levels.

Essential Oils for Emotional Release Workshop
Kelowna of Drop Into Wellness will guide a hands-on workshop exploring how essential oils can support emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and intention setting. You’ll learn practical tools you can continue using in your daily life.

Guided Aromatic Ritual
Experience a sensory ritual designed to support emotional release and align with the energy of renewal and expansion.

Women’s Circle + Community Connection
A welcoming space to share, reflect, and connect with other women in a supportive and uplifting environment.

Closing Sound Bath
We will complete the afternoon with a deeply relaxing sound healing meditation, allowing the vibrations to help integrate the experience and bring your body and mind into a state of calm and renewal.
