First Moon Circle

This event is for girls between 9-13 years old who are approaching or recently experienced thier first menstraul cycle, Moms and Caregivers are invited to participate!

In this class we will go over

• what puberty and periods are
• menstraul cycle awareness
• deeper understanding of each phase of the cycle
• How to care for their physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body during each phase
• Guidance on selecting products
• How to experience periods as something sacred
• How to live cyclically in harmony with your nature

This event will cost $200 with gift bag and $150 without

This includes 3hr event for mom and daughter, craft, afternoon tea, gift bag, a copy of first mooon guide with all the information that will be covered,
