We are really excited to be one more Vertical Dance (Wall running) workshops in 2024.
The focus of this workshop will be exploring lots of possibilities of Vertical Dance and looking at all kinds of rotations possible on the wall.
Maybe grab a friend and come together or come solo and work with a bunch of lovely new people :)
No experience is needed and Off The Walls Grace Sellwood will guide you through the whole process.
Our main focuses are to have fun, try something new and leave with a smile on your face.

You just need to bring yourself, water and maybe a light snack, layers to cover your waist and thighs (to protect from the harness) and remove dangly jewellery.
