LCV Kitchen Series: Next-Gen Indian
About this Event
LCV Kitchen Series: Next-Gen Indian
Indian cuisine has one of the most complex and sophisticated flavour traditions in the world. This class takes those foundations and does something unexpected with them.
You will make jackfruit arancini, chaat tacos, and seekh kebab. Dishes that sit at the intersection of classical Indian technique and modern cooking. The result is food that feels fresh and surprising, built on principles that have been refined over centuries.
Led by one of LCV's professional chef instructors, you will understand not just how to make each dish but why the flavours work together. You will leave with recipes, skills, and a new way of thinking about one of the world's great cuisines. Welcome drink included. Apron to take home.
