LCV Kitchen Series: BBQ Master Class: Pizza

This is not a pizza class. This is what happens when a chef stops following the rules. 

You will make three pizzas on the BBQ. A smashburger mashup with beef patty, pepperoni, pizza sauce, and pickles. A brisket pizza with sweet heat BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, and jalapeños. And a dessert pizza with peach and burrata that will genuinely surprise you. Each one is built on solid technique and a willingness to push things further than expected. 

Led by an LCV chef instructor who will walk you through live fire cooking, dough handling, and the kind of flavour combinations that are easier to eat than to explain. Welcome drink included. Apron to take home. Come hungry.
