Do you love hosting dinner parties but don’t have the time or skills to pull it off? Let me invite you to an exclusive interactive dining experience! At my dinner party, you will not only feast on a delicious, authentic meal but also master new cooking techniques and connect with wonderful people.
Together, we will prepare a decadent and rich family-style feast. We will be using my signature, pre-made tadka (Punjabi Mother sauce) to create various dishes, showing you firsthand how effortless it is to bring authentic Indian flavors into your own home cooking.
All you need to do is bring your appetite, relax, and enjoy the wonderful vibes.
In this class, you will learn to use tadka to make different dishes, and learn about cooking lentils and spices.
