In this 2.25-hour class, you will master two iconic Italian treats: vibrant Limoncello Tiramisu and crunchy Double Chocolate Biscotti. This class guides you through the technical nuances of dough preparation and the art of delicate cream assembly.Class Participation Breakdown:

Class Schedule
- Introduction (15 mins): Welcome, instructor and student introductions, and access to snacks and beverages.
- Biscotti Dough & First Bake (45 mins): Live demonstration of mixing dough, followed by students rolling their own logs for the first bake.
- Break (10 mins): Enjoy snacks and refreshments while the kitchen is reset for the next phase.
- Tiramisu Prep (20 mins): Samples of savoiardi and mascarpone, followed by a demonstration of the tiramisu cream and dunking liquid.
- Biscotti Cutting (15 mins): Students cut their biscotti logs—followed by a second bake to perfect the texture.
- Tiramisu Assembly (30 mins): Hands-on student assembly of the final tiramisu layers.
Amenities Included
- Refreshments: Access to a snack counter including house-made non-alcoholic drinks, charcuterie and fruit skewers, a dessert, and a Keurig coffee station.
- Tools & Equipment: Class aprons and all necessary baking tools needed to prepare this dessert in class.
- Recipes: Every student receives the recipes used in class so this delicious dessert can be recreated at home.
- Take Home Treats: You’ll assemble and take home a tiramisu cup and about one dozen mini biscotti.
Notes:
- Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE! If you are unable to attend the class, you may transfer the ticket to another person. Tickets are not transferable to another class.
- Doors will open 10 minutes before listed class start time. Students wishing to grab seats together are encouraged to arrive when doors open, otherwise we cannot guarantee reserved seating regardless if tickets were purchased together or not.
