On Thursday, May 14th from 6:30 to 8:30 PM, you’ll learn how to build a beautifully balanced charcuterie board using premium meats and cheeses from Boar’s Head, our exclusive deli partner. We’ll walk you through the fundamentals of pairing flavors, arranging textures, and creating visual impact—including how to craft eye-catching salami flowers that take your board to the next level.
Each guest will create their own full charcuterie board during the class and take it home to enjoy. Whether you’re planning your next gathering or just want to sharpen your presentation skills, this class is equal parts fun, creative, and delicious.
