Discover the bright, citrusy flavor of bee balm in this hands-on herbal class.
About this Event

Also known as wild bergamot, bee balm has long been appreciated for its vibrant taste, beautiful blossoms, and traditional herbal uses.

In this workshop, we’ll explore how to identify and harvest bee balm, learn about its role in herbal traditions, and transform the flowers and leaves into a naturally fizzy herbal soda.

Together we’ll walk through the simple process of creating a fermented botanical drink—capturing the flavor of the season while learning the basics of wild fermentation.

Participants will leave with a jar of bee balm soda to finish fermenting at home and the knowledge to make their own refreshing herbal sodas throughout the summer.

This class is part of the Herbal Allies Series and is now available as a drop-in. You’re welcome to join for a single session or attend the full series as your schedule allows. 🌿
