About this Event
Join us for a warm summer evening of gentle movement, herbal ritual, and dreamwork as we gather to slow down, reconnect, and embrace the richness of the season. As the sun sets and the fields settle into the quiet glow of late summer, this workshop offers space to reflect, restore, and nourish yourself in community.
What to Expect:
Mindful Evening Walk
We’ll begin with a quiet, mindful walk on the land, taking time to settle into our bodies, notice the rhythms of the evening, and gently transition out of the busyness of daily life.
Grounding Mugwort Tea Ceremony
After our walk, we’ll gather in circle with warm mugwort tea, connecting with the land and one another through intention, presence, and quiet reflection.
Dream Work & Mugwort Magic
Learn about mugwort’s traditional connection to dreams, intuition, and rest. Through guided journaling and dream incubation practices, you’ll set intentions to carry with you into the night.
Mugwort Herbal Wand Making
Craft your own mugwort smoke bundle to take home — a handmade reminder of the evening and a supportive tool for ritual, reflection, and rest.
Communal Fire & Evening Tea
We’ll close the evening gathered around the fire with tea, conversation, and time to soak in the beauty of a summer night together, before heading home to bed.
Please be sure to eat an early dinner before arriving. <3
A journal is highly recommended, however paper will also be provided.
Please Note: Mugwort is not suitable for use during pregnancy.
