Soothing Sound Bath & Tea Ceremony with Shauna Whisenton

Immerse yourself in a rejuvenating sound bath and tea ceremony at Fox Haven! Using singing bowls and other vibrational instruments, this 90-minute sound bath utilizes frequency, vibration, and stillness to create a meditative and relaxing environment–promoting a sense of calm and peace.

Please bring along a yoga mat or meditation pillow, and blanket to fully sink in.

From 2022 onward, Fox Haven will donate $2 from each event ticket to the Piscataway Conoy Tribe to pay LandBack tax, acknowledging our access to stolen Indigenous land. The Piscataway Land Trust is an Indigenous-led initiative working to restore ancestral land and sovereignty to the Piscataway and other Indigenous communities of the Chesapeake.
