About this Event

In this hands-on fall cooking class, we’ll explore seasonal ingredients through simple, nourishing preparations that highlight the flavors of autumn.

Together we’ll make:

  • An autumn tea blend featuring warming herbs
  • A hearty grain salad with roasted butternut squash, kale, mushrooms, and apples
  • A fire cider–inspired salad dressing with a bright, warming kick
  • An apple and autumn olive crumble to finish

This class focuses on seasonal cooking techniques, balancing flavor and nutrition, and working with ingredients at their peak.

Your teacher, Sarah Morsheimer, is a former Fox Haven farm trainee and avid cook with a passion for turning fresh farm ingredients into delicious, approachable meals. She will guide you step-by-step, sharing her knowledge of seasonal cooking and creative flavor combinations.

Participants will leave inspired, confident, and ready to bring the tastes of summer from farm to table in their own kitchens.
