We all have them: the thought spiral that won't stop, the emotional reaction we regret, the habit we keep repeating even when we know it isn't helping. These patterns aren't signs that something is wrong with us; they are the natural result of an untrained mind. This half-day retreat draws on Buddhist psychology to help you understand these patterns and begin to loosen their grip through teaching, guided meditation, and silent practice. No experience with Buddhism or meditation is needed. All are welcome. Please bring your own lunch or plan for nearby options.
