About this Event
Join us for an evening of deep relaxation and renewal surrounded by the peaceful beauty of nature at The Arboretum at Constitution Park. We will meet near the back where you see/hear the waterfall and picnic benches. Come early and take a walk in nature. It's a short circle
This immersive Sound Vibration Experience is designed to help calm the mind, regulate the nervous system, release tension, and create space for rest, reflection, and inner balance.
As the sun begins to set, allow yourself to be guided into a state of relaxation through the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and other therapeutic instruments. The frequencies and vibrations may help support stress reduction, mental clarity, emotional well-being, and a greater sense of peace and presence.
No experience is necessary. Simply come as you are and allow yourself to receive.
