Flow to Yin
About this Event
The first half of the class focuses on mindful, steady postures that build strength, stability, and awareness through breath-led movement. As the body warms and the mind centres, the practice gradually slows down into longer-held Yin poses, allowing deep release and inner calm.
This combination of Hatha and Yin cultivates both energy and relaxation - strength and softness, movement and stillness.
Each session closes with a short breathing and meditation sequence to integrate the practice and leave you feeling grounded and centred.
The class is held in English and is beginner-friendly. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible.
The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.
