Spend your evening in a beautiful NE space with dimmed lights a yoga class a beverage and good company. Annie Hayes Wellness is teaming up with Solar Arts and Indeed to bring you cozy evening yoga classes throughout the fall and winter. Bring friends bring snacks or have dinner delivered after class!

All humans and all levels are welcome. Just bring a mat and a smile.

At the helm is Annie Hayes a vagabond yoga teacher meditation guide and wellness coach. With certifications from the Mayo Clinic (Rochester MN) and the Yoga Center of Minneapolis Annie also holds an MBA and is a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC). Her open inclusive style weaves ease honesty humor compassion and authenticity into every class. Annie meets you where you are and inspires you to embrace today while growing into tomorrow.
