Perched 14 floors above the city, this iconic architectural gem offers sweeping 360-degree views of the Minneapolis skyline, flooding your practice with natural light and panoramic inspiration. As you move, breathe, and flow, you’ll feel completely connected to the city below and the sky above.

This one-hour session is designed to relax your mind, rejuvenate your body, and elevate your spirit in one of the most unique wellness spaces in the Twin Cities.
