Chair Yoga with Carmen

Chair Yoga is a gentle, accessible practice, and this class is designed especially for seniors, though all are welcome to participate. This class offers a supportive environment to explore mindful movement, breathwork, and body awareness – all while seated in a chair.

Participants will:

• Stay active in a safe, supportive way
• Improve flexibility and mobility
• Build strength and balance
• Connect breath with movement to support overall well-being

No prior yoga experience is needed.
