As we enter the sacred season of Halloween and Día de los Muertos, we turn our attention toward the women who came before us—the mothers, grandmothers, great-grandmothers, and ancestral matriarchs whose stories, wisdom, wounds, strength, and gifts live within our lineage.
This is an evening to call upon our wise, healed ancestors and invite the loving matriarchs of our bloodlines to walk beside us as we go within.
We will honor the powerful energies of Freya, the Norse Goddess of love, sensuality, sexuality, beauty, magic, and war, alongside Mary Magdalene, an embodiment of sacred love, devotion, wisdom, and feminine spiritual leadership.
Because we need both the dark and the light Goddess.
The wild woman and the lover.
The warrior and the healer.
The sensual woman and the sacred woman.
The woman who knows how to surrender—and the woman who knows how to rise.
Through Kundalini Yoga, meditation, breathwork, mantra, energetic healing, and sister share circle, we will create space to release ancestral patterns that no longer belong to us while reconnecting with the wisdom and medicine carried through our maternal line.
One part sister circle.
One part Kundalini yoga + healing.
All parts remembrance.
Go within to heal for your ancestors.
Go within to receive from your ancestors.
Go within to become the healed matriarch your lineage has been waiting for.
Prepayment is ideal by 12:00 p.m. on October 14th so I can prepare enough sacred gifts and ritual offerings for everyone attending.
