Join Anna Heath at Volta Cafe (WeHo) for Empower & Align, a 60-minute yoga flow designed to help you reset, recharge and step into the week ahead feeling grounded and empowered.
We'll begin by warming up the body with Sun Salutations and dynamic flowing sequences that build strength, improve mobility and connect breath with movement. As the practice unfolds, we'll create space to quiet the mind, regulate the nervous system and settle into the present moment.
Expect a thoughtful balance of energizing movement and restorative relaxation as we wind down with calming poses and a restorative cool-down sequence designed to leave you feeling refreshed and ready for the week ahead.
After class, enjoy a FREE Volta Drink. Choose from a Matcha, Coffee or Fresh Energy Drink and carry that energy into the rest of your Sunday.
Whether you're brand new to yoga or have an established practice, all are welcome.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in, pay, order your drink & settle onto your mat.
Come as you are and let's flow into the week together.
Important Class Policy
As a new gym, we're working hard to build an amazing fitness community while using our resources wisely. To ensure we can provide the best experience, all Volta Fitness classes require a minimum of 5 RSVPs. If fewer than 5 guests have reserved a spot, the class may be canceled.
If a class is canceled, we'll notify all registered guests as soon as possible.
