All levels class featuring kriya, pranayama, mantra, and healing gong sound bath during savasana.

Class will take place at Within Studio - 100 Taylor Street in Germantown and online via Zoom.

Bring a yoga mat and sheepskin if you have one and anything else you may need to practice comfortably. Rentals are also available.

About Kundalini Yoga

Sessions are conducted in person at WithIn studio or via zoom. Alexandra will email you the zoom link which you can use to access the live class. This link will be sent to the email address you enter upon registration.

Parking in the front lot in front of the building is free (no need to scan the QR code) If blacktop and gravel spots are taken and there is no street parking, you can park at Bearded Iris at 101 Van Buren St. and walk through the back door (right next to the Bearded Iris door).
When you walk through the front door of the building, make a hard left and you’ll see a brick wall. Walk through the opening of the brick wall and the double doors to within is right there!
If you come in the back door through Bearded Iris patio, you’ll walk down the curvy hall make your first right, take that all the way down and make a left, then you’ll see a brick wall with an opening take a right and the double doors to within is right there!
