Quiet your mind, release stress, and find deep inner peace through a simple, powerful guided meditation. Whether you're new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, this practice offers an effective way to relax your body, clear your mind, and restore balance in your life. Blending ancient meditation techniques with modern psychology and NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), each session gently guides you into a state of deep relaxation and mental clarity.
Each guided class moves through five steps: body relaxation to release tension, passive meditation to settle into stillness, active meditation to draw in positivity, guided visualization to focus the mind and cultivate positive energy, and a soothing close in silence to integrate the calm and clarity you've gained.

Parking at Music City Work Club is free! Park in the gated lot to the left of the building or in designated spots around the building. Just be sure to enter through the main entrance located through in the gated lot.
