Serene Sundays: Movement and Meditation
Join us at Perfect Plant on Sundays for a chill morning of gentle movement and meditation. It’s the perfect way to reset your mind and body, enjoy some peaceful moments in person, and experience intentional connection. No stress, just flow and calm.
Serene Sundays: Movement and Meditation is a weekly community event hosted by Perfect Plant and Sabrina OReilly (La Luna Movement). Class starts promptly at 10:30am with a yoga flow, please see "Agenda" below for a detailed timeline of events.
Complimentary refreshments available before or after the flow.
Following the flow, the store will be open for a 15-minute community connection time.

What to bring:
Bring yourself and your good energy.
If you have a yoga mat, please bring it with you but if you don't there will be a some available.
Bring water and wear comfortable clothes.
