About this Event

Join us for a morning created for the woman who wants to feel strong, energized, and inspired. You'll collect your Nuude activewear set before stepping into a high-energy hot Pilates class hosted by Melt Hot Pilates. After class, we'll head to Framework for recovery, connection, and social hour surrounded by a community of like-minded women. Waivers are required for both Melt Hot Pilates and Framework.
