About this Event
Pay What You Can Pilates 101. Not just for newbies. This group class is a whole-body workout. Taught at a slower paced to focus on foundational exercises, finding a deeper connection and dialing in on your form through progressive sets of exercises that focus on building stability, mobility, and strength.
Grip socks are required-no exceptions. Bring your own or we have some for sale for $5-$8 onsite.
Group classes require the ability to pick up at least 20lbs and get up and down from the floor on your own without assistance. If you have a disability, please contact us at [email protected] to moe through and interactive process for reasonable accomodations. If you are unable to meet group requirements for safety, we do offer Private Lessons. Please inquire via email.
If you are under the age of 18+, parental consent and attendance is required.
