THE MORNING SET

The Morning Set is a Saturday morning rooftop wellness series at Harriet’s Rooftop at 1 Hotel Nashville, blending high-energy Pilates, DJ sets, and elevated food & beverage moments.
Each session features a dynamic Forza Pilates class set to a DJ spinning live sets, followed by a rooftop “wellness bar” experience with function-forward mocktails, cocktails, and coffee creations from GoodOnya, alongside a collaborated limited-edition smoothie in partnership with SunLife Organics – available only at The Morning Set. Guests are encouraged to stay, connect, and transition seamlessly into brunch — with a complimentary first drink when Harriet’s opens to the public at noon.
