DetailsReconnect to a natural state of being. Our day will consist of soft grasses and stillness, rich lavender fields and laughter, nourishing foods and bright beverages, hands-on creation with clay and collected items, softening gentle movement and stretches, and the embrace of a sweeping sound bath. If you're seeking an experience that will bring you back to your roots and closer to nature, you have found it. Please bring comfortable clothing, as well as a towel or yoga mat for yoga/sound bath. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.

11:30 - 12:00 Lavender Walk & Plant Collection
12:00 - 12:45 Picnic in the Lavender (provided by Provisions)
12:45 - 1:45 Plant Pressed Pottery
1:45 - 2:30 Earthing Restorative Yoga Flow
2:30 - 3:00 Rooted Sound Bath
Early Bird Special for $85!! This price is available up until two weeks before the date of class.
This class is $100 per person and all ages and ability levels are welcome. No previous yoga or meditation experience is necessary.
Please dress comfortably and bring any props or mats you will need for class.

Tickets can be purchased online or at the farm and Pre-Registration is required. Tickets are available for purchase up until 48 hours prior or until sold out.

About the Instructor
Raquel, born and raised in Northern Michigan, holds two things dear to her heart: community and laughter. Through guided movement, Raquel’s goal is to make you feel at home on your mat and connected to your body. Her flows offer attention to alignment, providing a strong foundation for beginners, and continually grant seasoned practitioners space to play with new transitions and reconnect to their roots. No matter where you are in your practice, Raquel will offer support, guidance, and plenty of opportunities to laugh throughout your experience.
