Better Than Takeout: Sushi

Description: Join us for this session of our Better Than Take-Out series, where we take inspiration from your favorite restaurant cuisines and learn how to create beloved dishes at home.

What You’ll Learn: Dive into the techniques of rolling, shaping, and slicing sushi rolls to perfection, all while exploring the balance of flavors and textures that make this Japanese cuisine so irresistible.

Our Mission: Let our cooking classes inspire you. Work with our chef/instructor to learn how to prepare delicious recipes, hone essential techniques, and put some "heart" back into cooking. All levels of experience welcome! We offer private classes, private parties, and a bounty of niche gourmet food and beverage products! NOTICE about cooking classes:

• Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours, unless otherwise noted above.
• You will work with other students.
• Hands-on classes are limited to 7 to 10 students.
• You will sit or stand, cooking and working for most of the class.
• Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
• No refunds on classes, but feel free to gift a friend or family member.
• Students receive a coupon good for the day of the class for 10% off in-store purchases on all food, beverage, kitchen, and table top products.
• All recipes are developed using common cooking and baking ingredients that may or may not be specified in the menu titles, including various fruits and vegetables, nuts, meats, spices, wheat flours, etc.
