Kids Spaghetti & Meatballs with Chef Nick Crosser and Junior Chef Islay

Junior Chefs take over the Maker Kitchen in this workshop led by Chef Nick Crosser and Junior Chef, Islay. You’ll be learning some basic skills and techniques for getting started in the kitchen safely, while making spaghetti with homemade sauce and meatballs and sitting down to share dinner with your neighbors. 

All ages welcome! This class covers some basic kitchen fundamentals for children. Children must be joined for class by a parent or guardian. Tickets for this class are sold in pairs that include one adult ticket and one children’s ticket.

Please be sure to wear comfortable clothes and close-toed shoes for working in the kitchen. Hair that is shoulder-length or longer needs to be tied back. 

Parking is available in the lot on the East side of the center, as well as on the surrounding streets, Kalamazoo, Allen and Shepard.
