HANDS ON EVENT. BRING AN APRON TO CLASS
Your Chef: Deniz Tarakciogu
During this class, students will participate in a full hands-on breadmaking experience. This class covers high-hydration dough mixing, folds, shaping, and baking crusty baguettes.
On the menu tonight:
Charcuterie and Cheese Board with Fresh Bread, Condiments, Dips, Preserves
Parisian Demi Baguette with Sourdough Poolish - Theory, Mixing and Execution
Roasted Organic Lemon Chicken in a Fresh Demi Baguette, Anchovy Aioli, Arugula, Cured Summer Tomatoes, Seasonal Greens, Honey Dijon Dressing
Vanilla Gelato with Sicilian Olive Oil and Maldon Sea Salt
$129 + GST per person (tickets must be purchased in pairs)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.
We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.
In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.
Please inquire prior to booking if there are any food concern. Menu modifications can not be provided during the event.
