This practice goes beyond just enhancing flexibility and mobility; it also fosters stability, strength, coordination, balance, observation, awareness, and a profound sense of peace within nature's embrace.

After this enriching experience, indulge in an aromatherapy refresher followed by a mindful meditation, complemented by the soothing sounds of a crystal healing bowl.

The instructor will demonstrate a range of poses and techniques, providing clear guidance and modifications for all skill levels, ensuring everyone can fully enjoy the experience.

Important Class Information

• Arrival: Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of class.
• Location: The class takes place on the Veranda deck of the museum home, offering stunning views of nature.
• Duration: Class lasts for 90 minutes and includes meditation. After class, explore the grounds for the Forest Bath, Zim Art Sculptor Exhibit

• Enhance your experience by purchasing a ticket for a tour of the museum's home.

• $ 30 Prepaid Tickets:
• Includes yoga class, aromatherapy refresher, explore grounds, Zim art exhibit, and complimentary private parking.
• Purchasing Tickets with Tour Options: Available through the BH website at: Yoga on the Veranda - Bonnet House
• Pre-registration: Required to guarantee your spot.

*Classes take place regardless of the weather, whether it’s sunny or rainy. They are conducted on the paved surfaces and in the covered areas of either the Veranda or the Courtyard at the Bonnet Museum home, both of which provide breathtaking views of nature.
