Yoga in The Park - Free Yoga at Grant Park

Starting this spring, Neutral Moon Studio is hosting a freeYoga in the Park series designed to get you moving, breathing, and reconnecting in the most natural way.

On select Saturdays at 10am, we’ll gather on the grass for a gentle, all-levels flow led by a rotating lineup of incredible Atlanta yogis. Each week brings a new teacher, a new energy, and a new way to drop back into your body.

This is your invitation to slow down, meet new people, and start your weekend feeling grounded and clear.

Free to attend. Open to all. Just come as you are.

We will be meeting in the greenspace next to the intersection of Sydney Street SE and Cherokee Ave SE. Look for the park entrance near the weeping willow and a modern art sculpture.
