Healing the Woman in the Mirror is an intimate, intentionally curated retreat created for women seeking restoration, self-awareness, and meaningful connection. In a nurturing and supportive environment, we will honor our journeys, embrace our stories, and create space for healing and transformation.

Through guided meditation, reflective journaling, gentle movement, and a symbolic kintsugi healing practice, participants will be invited to reconnect with the woman they see in the mirror—with compassion, courage, and grace.

Together, we will celebrate what has been, embrace what is, and make room for what is becoming.
