Hops & Flow Beer Yoga at Monday Night Brewing's The Grove

Join us every 1st Sunday at 10 am for an all-levels yoga class while enjoying a tasty Monday Night Brewing beer or coffee! $20 includes your yoga class and first beverage!

This 60 minute all-levels class begins at 10am. Please bring your mat, a towel, and some water. This class will be held indoors upstairs on the Mezzanine level.

Monday Night will also be hosting a Farmer's Market outdoors every Sunday from 9am to 1pm. Perfect opportunity to shop before or after class!

Meet The Grove, the newest member of the Monday Night Brewing family, featuring award-winning beer, curated cocktails, hand-crafted coffee and pizza, good vibes, outdoor hangs, chill happy hours, and lively late nights right on a NEW section of the BeltLine 90ft from our original location.

Your first beverage is included in the ticket price as well as tip. Please feel free to tip your fabulous beertenders additionally as they work extra hard to set beer yoga up for you.
