Yoga & Sound Bath Experience

Yoga & Sound Healing is a restorative experience designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect.

Held every 3rd Sunday from 4–5pm, this beginner-friendly yoga flow is accompanied by live sound from singing bowls, creating a deeply grounding and immersive atmosphere. As we move intentionally through gentle postures, the vibration of sound supports nervous system regulation, emotional release, and full-body relaxation.

The practice will close with an extended guided meditation, allowing the sound to deepen your rest and integration.

This class is open to all levels. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
