Join us for a welcoming, all-levels yoga class designed to help you reset and start your week feeling grounded and refreshed.
Sunday Morning Yoga at is a free community series rooted in accessibility, movement, and connection.

Whether you're a beginner or a pro, come stretch, breathe, and relax with us on Every Sunday Morning at 10:00 AM (Eastern Time) from April 12, 2026 to October 25, 2026. It's a perfect way to reboot your body and mind before the week kicks in. Each class will be filled with options for ALL LEVELS! No pressure, no performance, just space to move and breathe. 😮‍💨

Classes are led by Camrei and a rotating lineup of her incredible teacher friends! This season you'll be led by Shelby, Michael, Chandra, Natalie, Lyric and More!!

🌤 Rain or shine ---> we’ll flow on The Green or in the parking garage if needed. Be sure to check The Sunrei Wellness Instagram for weekly updates!

Bring a mat, water, a towel, and a friend (or come solo and leave with community).
